Who I Am. Highly skilled and innovative Instructional Designer with over five years of experience, dedicated to creating engaging and effective learning experiences. Leveraging a strong background in education, training, and coaching, I aim to design and develop dynamic e-learning courses that promote knowledge retention and skill acquisition. Seeking opportunities to collaborate with forward-thinking organizations to enhance learning outcomes and empower learners through cutting-edge instructional strategies and technology.
My Process. I utilize front-end analysis, design thinking, backwards design and action mapping to identify performance needs and training solutions. I apply the iterative design principles of the ADDIE and SAM models of instructional design.
What I Offer. A motivated self-starter and lifelong learner. As such, I dedicate time every single day to continue to hone my current skills as well as learn new and creative methodologies for delivering learning and training content. Additionally, I thrive in collaborative environments by planning ahead, staying organized, and by building strong relationships with stakeholders, peers, and subject matter experts. I am a strong believer in working as a team to accomplish a common goal.

I am also open to taking on new projects on a freelance or volunteer basis that could benefit from my skills in eLearning development, curriculum development, instructional design, and learning experience design. Designed and developed an eLearning course for new hires and temp staff regarding proper dining service etiquette, processes, and expectations.
Collaborated with subject matter experts to design and develop a multi-day eLearning course for proper auto detailing processes, techniques and expectations.
Collaborated with business partners and subject matter experts to design and develop an interactive eLearning course to teach employees how to improve customer service.
Utilized Google Sites and partnered with subject matter experts and business partners to design and develop a website to functioned as an operational playbook for department leaders.
